Consisting of two interlocking Half Moon Drip Trays, the kit is compatible with the EGGspander System, with each pan designed to be either used individually or laced together to create a full circle. Their sturdy 304 stainless steel construction means they can be regularly exposed to high heats without warping or wearing out, making them far more sustainable and cost-effective than disposable foil trays.

EGGspander System compatible

The clever design of the two pans allows their lips to lace together seamlessly, creating a full circle – perfect for an indirect cook. In a EGGspander setup, using a single pan will allow you to catch the drips on one side of the EGG while you cook over direct heat on the other side.

Dishwasher safe

Made from polished premium stainless steel, the pans are safe to be cleaned in the dishwasher. When dry, you can nest them together for convenient storing.

Durable

The pans are made from high-grade, corrosion-resistant stainless steel. The metal may discolour through regular exposure to high heats, but this does not indicate any change in performance.
