Corten steel, also known as weathered steel, originated in building bridges & skyscraper construction due to its strength - it develops a protective, striking rust appearance on exposure to weather, creating warm rich textures not usually associated with metal.

Think 'Angel of the North' or the 'Forth Road Bridge'!

  • Made in Holland
  • Made from 3mm thick Corten steel
  • Sits on low circular stand (welded to base)
  • Holes in the base for maximum air flow

Supplied un-rusted – the rusting process will take place over the first season as the oiled corten steel surface dries and allows the weathering process to start . We always advise to sit on a slab or other surface to stop any residue from staining floor below


These firepits are REAL RAW Corten Steel and not sprayed on 'Rust' meaning these firepits will last for a very long time and wont need replaced after 1 season
