Fuel Efficiency: it is now one of the most fuel-efficient ovens on the market thanks to the unique Blue Flame technology using solely 4.5 Kw (5kg propane bottle will give you over 20 hours cooking time not to forget after each use you also get over 2 hours of residual heat)

Versatility: we have developed the most versatile oven on the market, allowing you to not only choose your fuel also allowing to cook anything you desire: from pizzas, to steaks to smoking to curries to slow cooking to baking bread

Weight: this oven is one of the lightest clay ovens on the market. Weighing just 30 kg retaining the same weight as our Wood Fired DeliVita oven

Dual Fuel: the oven has been designed that you can use gas and wood (we have designed a gas cover to go over the burner if you choose to use wood)

Getting up to temperature: The oven will take under 30 minutes to get to temperature. A door has been designed as an accessory to help you get to temperatures quickly.

Gas Options: The Eco has been designed that you can order the oven to be on Natural Gas Mains or LPG
