This pre-seasoned baking tray is made from 2.5mm-thick wrought iron, which performs like cast iron but is only half the weight. The fact that it has no synthetic coatings and conducts heat brilliantly means you’ll get even bakes every time without the need for parchment paper. Because it’s built to withstand very high temperatures without buckling, it is perfectly suited to the Big Green Egg.
